Production time
Most items take 2–5 business days to produce before they ship.
Delivery time
- U.S. orders: 3–5 business days after production
- International orders: 7–14 business days after production
Total estimated delivery: typically 5–10 business days domestic, 10–20 international.
Digital downloads
Digital pieces arrive by email within minutes of purchase — no shipping, no waiting.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days or something arrives damaged, write to us with your order number and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Misprints, defects, or damage
If a piece arrives flawed, we'll replace it or refund you — your choice. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Sizing or change of heart
Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing or second thoughts — please check the size guide before ordering. Unsure between sizes? Message us first and we'll help you choose.
Digital purchases
Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable — but if a file has any issue, we'll fix it or replace it, always.
Refund processing
Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
