Overview
This website is operated by Jin Kala. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products
We sell original digital artworks (downloadable haiku art cards, volumes, and collections) and made-to-order apparel. Product images are representative; slight variations in color may occur between screens and printed goods.
Digital Product License
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may download, print, and display the artwork for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, share files, sublicense, use the artwork commercially, mint it as an NFT, or use it to train AI models. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — artwork, poetry, text, logos, and the Jin Kala name and mark — is the property of Jin Kala and is protected by copyright and trademark law. No purchase transfers ownership of any intellectual property.
Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information. Digital products are delivered by download link after payment; apparel is produced on demand and shipped to the address you provide.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy for details on digital products, made-to-order apparel, and defective items.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to scrape or harvest content or data.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jin Kala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
