Digital Products

Because digital downloads (including haiku art cards, volumes, and collections) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. If you experience a problem with your download — a corrupted file, a broken download link, or the wrong item delivered — contact us at jchagge@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will replace the file or issue a refund at our discretion.

Apparel & Physical Products

Our apparel is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us at jchagge@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your physical order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and make it right.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
